CLASS LEVELS/TYPES EXPLAINED

  • Live Stream Sessions - NO LIVE OR LIVE STREAM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO HIGH COVID CASES.

  • Low - Level suited to those that have completed foundation and beginners course.

  • Medium - Level suited to those that have at least 6 to 12 months Pilates practice.

  • High - Level suited to those that have 18 to 24 months Pilates practice.

  • Men Only - This is a strength and conditioning class specifically for men.

  • Pillars - - The Pilates Pillars designed to cover the 6 Pillars of Pilates. Each pillar class repeated twice weekly. Suitable to both beginners and experienced students who wish to revisit the core elements. Feel free to jump in and out as we cover a Pilates Pillar each week.

  • Cardio - A higher tempo Pilates and cardio mix. 30 minutes that will fly by and create energy that will last right through Monday afternoon. A great way to start your week.

  • Sunup - Start your morning with Pilates. Create a higher awareness and connection to your body from the moment you wake.

  • Stretch - - Stretch & Body Awareness through mindful movement.
