As a Pilates teacher for over 20 years, I feel I can speak from experience. I mainly teach Mat Pilates because I prefer it, though I've also taught reformer for many years. If you want to understand your body’s strengths and weaknesses, Mat Pilates is the way. You only need your body, mind, breath, and a mat. If you don’t have a mat, a non-slip surface works, so you can do Pilates anytime, anywhere. This makes it easy to move your body whenever you want. As Joseph Pilates said, “10 minutes a day is all you need, but you must do it every day.”

  • Once you start, you can keep going. With My Pilates, you can move through levels at your own speed for years.

  • There are 3 different level classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Near the end of your beginner course, you can join our level 1 Monday class if needed. This helps you fit Pilates around your daily life.

  • Missed a session? Life happens. You can catch up by joining another group, but only near the end of your beginner course for safety reasons. If you continue and pay fully for your next course, missed sessions from before can be carried over, so you don’t miss out.

  • Free parking is available. The space is simple: a large hall with a low ceiling. The location is great and easy to reach by many bus routes.
